Granting dual citizenship to descendants of exile victims to facilitate their return to the homeland based on historical rights.
Linguistic and Cultural Rights
Guaranteeing the protection, development, and full integration of the Circassian language and culture within the homeland.
Opening of Archives
Transparent opening of all historical archives regarding the Russian-Caucasian wars to researchers and the public.
Reparation and Compensation
Operation of spiritual and material compensation mechanisms in the name of historical justice.
